I work holistically by taking into account the individuality of each client's life-situation and ailment. My straight-forward approach to stress-relief and pain-management stems from a fundamental interest in how our bodies work and the myriad ways modern life impacts us.

In working with my clients I try to foster an exchange in which we both learn how the physical and emotional context of their lives impacts their body. In doing so I am able to pinpoint concrete and simple ways to improve symptoms overall. This process is one of relaxation and communication.
